ENCO Private Limited was established in 1997 with the intention of developing off grid micro hydro power projects to support the rural community who are unable reach the national electricity grid. Today, ENCO is a reputed hydropower developer in South Asia, East Africa and West Africa, with a reputation for excellent service, experienced management, skilled technical staff, using high quality materials, plant, equipment & machineries to ensure the timely completion of the projects. We are successfully developed micro hydro plants & mini hydro plants more than 80 Projects and still they are supply energy for industrial developments, self-employment & household electricity for more than 50,000 families in around the World. Not limited to the Hydro Projects, ENCO have successfully completed Transmission line Projects, Dendro Power Plant Construction, Bio mass Projects, Road Construction Projects and Building Constructions Projects.

Iraru Small Hydro Electric Power Project in Kenya
Iraru project is situated in Kiyonyo area at Meru County in the Republic of Kenya. Generation capacity of project is 1.5MW and need to provide supply for Kiyonyo tea factory and rest to the national grid. Rupingazi Small Hydro Electric Power Project
The project is located along River Rupingazi in Rutune Village, Kiriari Sub-location, Ngandori Location, Manyatta Division, Manyatta SubCounty and Embu County of Republic of Kenya. This project is owned by Kenya tea development Authority and providing generation to the 3 tea factories around the project area and rest to the national grid. Estimated annual energy generation of the project is 9.6 GWh and total length of the transmission line is 30km.
